Meal plan overview

DNA Diet meal plans have been designed by Dieticians to be:

  • Packed with nutrition
  • Calorie controlled for weight loss and longevity
  • High in protein for craving control
  • Healthy fats for heart health
  • Lower but healthier carbs for blood sugar control

We offer a 1200 and 1500 calorie meal plan with healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options. The nutrition breakdown is approximately 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs.

Our meal plans promote home-cooked or home-prepared meals using real foods although, with clever ordering, you may be able to substitute for convenience options.
