What resistance band do you recommend?

Our exercise plans have the option to include a resistance band for extra intensity. There are many resistance bands to choose from and we do not recommend a particular brand, however, the SPRI Original Xertube is similar to the resistance bands we use in our videos. 

Females will likely want to start with a light or very light resistance band, and males a light or medium resistance band. You can gradually increase the bands as your fitness improves.
